Availability, tariff and booking

Prices are from £360 per week for a couple off-season to £600 per week for 4 persons depending on time of year. See price bands below. Please contact us for last minute bookings, special offers or long weekends (off peak only).

Prices include all heating, electricity, logs, hot water and linen.
Changeover day is normally Friday. Discount is available for holidays of more than two weeks, for singles or for couples.

(Please deduct 15% for single occupation or 10% couples only)

During off peak times less than 1 week bookings can be arranged (pro rata price plus additional cleaning). Winter Weekends from £175!

Note: at the river-side of the garden wall there is a 6 foot drop to mud/water (depending on the tide). Our children have found this excellent for crabbing, but parents of young children should be aware of this hazard.
